During the above window we are going to be upgrading the JUNOS software running on our core router mx.thn2 to a new software release which will fix longstanding bugs and implement support for new hardware.

This will cause an outage for any customers currently routed on this device in Telehouse North 2 for around 10-15 minutes during the above window. The outage is expected to affect customers with servers ID's that start TFM240-*

Due to the nature of the work involved there may be some routing inconsistencies and high latency for customers at other sites.

This scheduled maintenance affected: Coventry DH1, Coventry DH2, Telehouse East (THE), Telehouse North (THN), Telehouse West (THW), Sovereign House (SOV), Pulsant (Maidenhead) 1, and Pulsant (Maidenhead) 2.
