We will be performing essential software updates on one of the edge routers in our London PoP, as well as port reconfiguration in preparation for a new core 400G upgrade to our Coventry datacentre.
A very small number of customers may experience up to 15 minutes of downtime as a result. These customers will be contacted directly within the next 48 hours.
If you are a direct customer and do not receive further notification regarding this maintenance, no service interruption is expected.
A portion of upstream and peering connectivity will be drained and re-routed from 02:30 AM BST (UTC+1) in preparation for the changes.
These upgrades are considered essential and will significantly increase our core network capacity and overall resiliency.
